Natasha brings more than 13 years of administrative, financial, and management experience to ABZ Development. Prior to joining ABZ, she built her career in public education, spending six years in child nutrition management followed by seven years in a financial and administrative role supporting school leadership. Her experience managing operations, coordinating across teams, and balancing competing priorities provided a strong foundation for her transition into the land development industry.

At ABZ Development, Natasha serves as Project Coordinator, working across multiple stages of the development process to help keep projects organized and moving forward. She coordinates closely with engineers, contractors, municipalities, utility providers, title companies, and other project partners. Her role includes permitting and agency coordination, title and contract matters, utility coordination, tracking critical dates and project requirements, and supporting projects from acquisition through development and lot delivery.

Known for her attention to detail, organization, and communication, Natasha helps connect the many parties involved in each development while ensuring deadlines, requirements, and next steps remain on track. Born in Texas and raised in Northwest Arkansas, Natasha has called the region home again for more than 18 years. Her longstanding connection to Northwest Arkansas gives her a personal appreciation for the communities in which ABZ develops and invests.
