Bryan brings over a decade of expertise in commercial real estate, specializing in acquisitions, capital markets, and asset management. He began his career in investment banking before transitioning to CRE, where he has become a trusted advisor to family offices and private equity firms across the U.S. His diverse project experience spans multifamily and single-family housing, RV and cottage communities, industrial flex space, and mixed-use developments.

At ABZ Development, Bryan leads deal structuring, capital markets, and asset management, ensuring projects are financially sound and successfully executed. In January 2025, he also joined A-CO Construction as a partner, where he oversees operational strategy and financial management, driving efficiency, cost control, and long-term growth.

Bryan graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Master’s in Accounting, as well as undergraduate degrees in Finance and Accounting with a minor in Chinese.
